Glimmer Shop~~~Blooming Catalpa Tree 10-18" Catalpa (Catalpa speciosa) tree seedlings for .99 cents each. Catalpa is also known as Indian Bean tree. They are ornamentals that sport yellow-green, heart-shaped leaves and lovely, large panicles of blossoms in late June, followed by interesting, elongated pods that dress up the tree in late fall. The flowers are white with yellow and brown markings. The bean pods will grow to about 18". This is a round-headed tree that will grow to about 50', providing you with cool shade during the hot season. Enjoys full sun and grows best in rich, moist soil, but will tolerate drought.
