Glimmer Shop~~~Summer Blooming Purple Cone Flower Purple Cone Flower (Echinacea augustifolia). Each shipment contains 3 rhizomes. Plant them in a row or scatter them around your garden. Common to grasslands and stony wasteland in the wild. The stems and foliage are hairy and stiff. The flowers are a pinkish-purple, blooming from early to late summer, with large showy flowers that are great for fresh arrangements. Grow up to 4' tall. Valued for their profuse blooming and long-flowering properties as a border plant in the perennial garden. They like full sun and are drought tolerant. Hardy for Zones 3-8. Nursery grown: Pennsylvania license No. 319.
