Red Maple (Acer rubrum) is a round-headed tree that will grow to 120 feet. Flowers are showy red before leaves expand. Dense foliage turns bright red in fall. The bark is smooth and gray with random fissures. Fast growing and suitable for moist, even wet, soils. Hardy for Zone 3-9. Nursery grown: Pennsylvania License No. 319. Planting instructions are included with all orders.
