These Autumn Olive (Elaeagnus umbellata) tree seedlings are cut to 20-30 inches for .99 cents each. Autumn Olive is a vigorous grower forming attractive silvery green foliage in early spring. Small yellowish-white fragrant blossoms come on in May, followed by orange-red berries that turn silver in the fall. Height to 12', spread to 8'. Excellent for hedgerows and borders, space 3' apart. Dense growth provides shelter and food for birds. Ordinary soil and moisture. Full sun to part shade. Hardy for Zones 3-7. Nursery grown: Pennsylvania license No. 319.
